  Winston Churchill Occupation:  Prime Minister of Great Britain Born:  November 30th, 1874 in Oxfordshire, England Died:  24 January 1965 in London, England Best known for:  Standing up to the Germans in World War II Winston Churchill was one of the great world leaders of the 20th century. His leadership helped  Britain  to stand strong against  Hitler  and the Germans, even when they were the last country left fighting. He is also famous for his inspiring speeches and quotes. Fun Facts about Winston Churchill He wrote a number of historical books and won the Nobel Prize in Literature in 1953. He was named an honorary citizen of the United States. Churchill married Clementine Hozier in 1908. They had five children including four daughters and one son. Winston did not do well in school as a child. He also had trouble getting into the Royal Military College. Although, once in, he finished near the top of his class. He was not healthy during World War II. He had a heart attack in 1941 an

  Charlemagne của Vương triều Carol hay Carolus Đại đế (tiếng Latinh: Carolus Magnus hay Karolus Magnus); sinh năm 742 hay 814 – mất ngày 28 tháng 1 năm 814) là vua của người Frank (768 – 814), nổi bật với việc chinh phục Ý và lấy vương miện sắt của Lombardia năm 774, và được phong " Imperator Augustus " (Hoàng đế vĩ đại) bởi Giáo hoàng Lêô III vào Lễ Giáng Sinh trong chuyến viếng thăm thành Roma vào năm 800.   Basil Lanneau Gildersleeve  (October 23, 1831 – January 9, 1924) was an American  classical scholar . An author of numerous works, and founding editor of the  American Journal of Philology , he has been credited with contributions to the  syntax  of  Greek  and  Latin , and the history of  Greek literature .

Frank Smith  (1928-2020)   was a   Canadian   psycholinguist  recognized for his contributions in linguistics and cognitive psychology.  He was an essential contributor to research on the nature of the reading process together with researchers such as  George Armitage Miller ,  Kenneth S. Goodman , Paul A. Kolers, Jane W.
